- Legal basis:
- Your consent when you submit the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) where the enquiry relates to engaging our services.
- Aduxia’s legitimate interest in responding to requests for information and enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: we will keep the data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, thereafter, for the applicable statutory limitation periods in order to deal with any possible liabilities. Messages are not stored on the website: they reach Aduxia by email.

- Purpose: to send you Aduxia’s newsletter.
- Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you confirm via the link we send you by email.

- Data: whether you open each mailing, which links you click and when, and the type of email client or browser used. These features may require the use of technologies similar to cookies or tracking pixels in the emails sent.
- Purpose: to understand which content is of interest in order to improve the newsletter.
- Legal basis: your specific consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 22.2 LSSI-CE). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to dpo@aduxia.com or by subscribing again without ticking the box; this does not affect your continued receipt of the newsletter.
- Retention: for as long as you keep your subscription and your consent.
Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. To provide the service we use web hosting and email providers that process the data on Aduxia’s behalf as data processors, under a contract that obliges them to protect it and to use it only in accordance with our instructions.
International transfers
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards, such as an adequacy decision of the European Commission (for example, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or the standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission.
Automated decision-making
We do not make automated decisions or carry out processing based solely on automated means, including profiling, that produces legal effects concerning users or similarly significantly affects them.
Minors
This website and the services offered through it are not aimed at children under the age of 14. Aduxia does not knowingly collect personal data from children under that age. If you believe that a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us so that we can delete it.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can withdraw any consent you have given at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal. Write to us at dpo@aduxia.com or by post to our registered address, stating which right you wish to exercise.
If you consider that we have not processed your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Mandatory data
The fields marked as mandatory in each form are necessary to handle your request; if you do not provide them, we will not be able to do so.
Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk to protect your data against loss, alteration or unauthorised access.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to adapt it to legal changes or changes to the website itself. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
