WAYS OF WORKING

How to work with Aduxia

Not every project starts the same way or needs the same thing. Since 2005 we have worked on fixed-scope projects, hour packs, multi-year maintenance contracts and teams embedded in our clients' own. We suggest the arrangement that fits where you are now, and we change it when that changes.

HOW IT WORKS
We study your business, your processes and the systems you already use, and define what needs to be built and how it should work.

WHICH ONE SUITS ME?

WHATEVER YOU CHOOSE

What does not change

01

One team

The people who analyse, design and build are the same people who maintain it afterwards. No hand-offs where knowledge gets lost.

02

In writing, no small print

Every proposal states what is included, what is not, how it is measured and how it can change. No surprises on the invoice.

03

Arrangements can be combined

A functional analysis often leads to a project, and a project to maintenance. You move from one to the next without starting over.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What people usually ask us

Why don't you publish prices?

Because they depend on what needs doing, and a price without context tends to confuse more than help. After a first conversation we send you a written proposal with scope, timeline and cost.

Can I start with something small?

Yes, and it is often the sensible choice. A functional analysis, an audit or a proof of concept has a fixed scope and leaves you with something useful, whether or not you continue with us.

Can I change arrangement later?

Yes. It is common to move from a fixed-scope project to maintenance, or from an hour pack to a dedicated team when the workload grows.

Do you take over software you did not build?

Yes. We start with a technical audit to understand its condition and then suggest how to stabilise, maintain or modernise it.

Do you work with companies outside Barcelona?

Yes. We work remotely with clients across Spain and in other countries, and travel when the project calls for it.
