What we are often asked
Do I have to change my ERP to integrate it?
No. The usual approach is to build a layer that works on top of it, without replacing it or altering how it works. That is what we did for Masaló: a web platform integrated with its ERP that digitises holidays, leave, documentation and vehicles.
What if my system has no API?
That is more common than it seems. We study what the system allows (exports, access to its database, existing services) and design the safest, easiest-to-maintain way of connecting it.
Does the business stop while the integration is being done?
It should not. We test with real data in a separate environment and roll out in phases, so day-to-day work carries on while the integration is brought in.
Which identification technologies do you use?
NFC, RFID and Bluetooth Low Energy, depending on the case: NFC cards and wristbands for access control, RFID tags to locate equipment or Bluetooth LE to read sensors from a phone.
How is the information moving between systems protected?
Security is part of the design: encrypted communications, authentication between systems and only the essential data in each exchange. If you want to verify it, our quality and security service can audit the integration.
